Follow-up contract documents PensFlex in coop-eration with Allianz Suisse

Documents relating to the follow-up agreement for the cooperation solution between Allianz and "PensFlex"

The employer joins the PensFlex Collective Foundation via Allianz Suisse for the purpose of implementing the extra-mandatory occupational benefit scheme for the group of persons defined in the pension plan.

The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are set out in the contract of affiliation and the pension plan as well as the documents listed below.

These documents, which can be made available to PensFlex here in electronic form or requested from the Foundation at any time, form an integral part of the PensFlex affiliation contract and are accepted by the employer in this form.
