Registration – the first steps

Enter your user name and your personal initial password that you received from us. Follow the instructions and you will already be able to use all PensPortal functions and organise the administration of your insurance policies easily and efficiently.

Read access: The third-party authorised company is hereby authorised to view the contract data in the PensPortal.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Full access: The third-party authorised company is hereby authorised to report changes in electronic form to the PensFlex and/or PensUnit collective foundations independently and with the consent of the principal. Furthermore, they have access to the contract data. PensExpert AG is hereby authorised by the employer to enable all employees of brokers/third-party agents (hereinafter also: brokers/external parties) to access the PensPortal as requested for the purpose of viewing the contracts of the employer/affiliated company and processing personal data (if applicable, including personal data requiring special protection).
