Data Security and Data Protection

Protecting your data is hugely important to us. For that reason, we will send you the login details in separate letters. myPensPortal was developed on the basis of tried-and-tested security standards. It has a multi-level security concept that is continuously developed in order to ensure that your data are secure, both now and in the future.

Registration – the first steps

Enter your user name (verified e-mail address or AHV/AVS number) and your personal initial password. Follow the instructions and you will already have access to your insurance data.

Once you have completed your initial registration online, you can download the myPensPortal app in the App Store or from Google Play. The app provides a straightforward way of managing your data at any time and from any place.
