Affiliation Agreement documents «PensUnit»
The company is joining PensUnit - Collective Foundation for extra-mandatory Occupational Pension Provision - (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) for the purpose of providing extra-mandatory occupational pension cover for the group of persons referred to in the pension plan.
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are derived from the present Affiliation Agreement and the pension plan, as well as the documents listed below.
The below documents - which are provided in electronic form or can be requested from the Foundation - represent an integral part of the PensUnit affiliation contract and are accepted in this format by the employer.
