PensFlex easy supports you with all administrative tasks relating to your occupational pension benefits. This page is your go-to hub for all HR processes relating to registration, changes and departures. It also helps you answer employee queries confidently and clearly.
After an insured member has registered
PensFlex easy contributions and salary deductions are visible in the portal immediately after they have been entered. Once the data entered has been checked, the corresponding PensFlex insurance certificate is posted in the member portal. Depending on the risk benefits insured and the completed personal questionnaire, a risk assessment may be initiated.
Assistance for HR
The individuals defined in your pension plan will be registered.
As per the applicable pension provisions, the insurance cover commences from the reported entry date. Please note that admissions occurring between the 1st and the 14th of the month will be invoiced as of the 1st of the current month. If employees join on or after the 15th, this will be billed at the beginning of the following month.
Definitive insurance coverage commences upon unconditional, written acceptance by the foundation. As long as no definitive insurance coverage is in place, provisional cover is granted in accordance with the pension fund regulations.
This is temporary insurance coverage with limited benefits.
Yes, employees receive confirmation of registration by logging in.
These are available online after logging in.
No. All aspects of registration are handled by HR.
Salary changes can be entered for several persons at the same time (portfolio change) or individually for each insured member. The new salary deductions are visible immediately after they have been entered in PensPortal.
Log in to your employer account directly in PensPortal under Changes.
Link: https://pens-expert.ch/en/about-us/customer-portals/pensportalHR reports the employees departure via PensPortal. Please note that admissions occurring between the 1st and the 14th of the month will be invoiced as of the 1st of the current month.
If employees join on or after the 15th, this will be billed at the beginning of the following month. If the insured member has any questions regarding access to the termination payment, they are welcome to seek advice from us.
The risk and security fund contributions, as well as the management fees, are payable annually at the end of March. Savings contributions are in principle settled annually in advance.
